My wife and I wanted to buy a new home and sell our current home. Chris came highly recommended to us by a friend who previously worked with Chris on buying and selling multiple properties. The bar was set pretty high, and Chris did not disappoint!

While selling our old place, Chris helped us list our home, got fantastic photos (although our house was already pretty awesome :) ), and navigated us through multiple offers to ultimately close our sale way above our list price. On the buying side, Chris was great with his property and neighborhood recommendations, quickly became tuned in to what our wants and needs were for the new home, and helped us ultimately buy our new dream home. Furthermore, he did a great job at helping us align the timing of the sale and purchase transactions so that we had plenty of time to pack, move, and tie up all loose ends without feeling too rushed.

Overall, Chris made the process extremely easy (as easy as buying and selling real estate could be). Chris helped me and my family with getting two condos in the valley. We bought them for investment purposes. One in Woodland Hills and another in Encino. He was amazing to work with and very punctual (no one likes to be kept waiting). His knowledge of the valley and the types of rent we could expect from each unit was spot on! Chris will basically hold your hand throughout the entire process, which is great for my family since it was our first time doing something like this. If we had any questions, he will be very responsive and will get back to you that same day, if not same hour. Besides what I just stated above, he can work around YOUR schedule.
